Today, the firm is vertically integrated to ensure our expertise is utilized throughout the real estate management process from acquisition and/or development to management and disposition. We have exclusive relationships with Children of America, Inc., Worldwide Childcare, and Children Have Fun Corporation, working hand-in-hand developing numerous properties in several states across the USA.

Our teams focus on four broad sectors where we have the most expertise, and which we believe offer the best growth opportunities: Assisted Living Facilities, Childcare Industry, Commercial Real Estate and the Retail Industry. Our sector knowledge and expertise are a critical competitive advantage in identifying and acquiring business opportunities. This means we're keenly aware of a business's individual circumstances and the competitive dynamics of its market. As part of our process, we negotiate 15-year lease terms, free rent, and TI (tenant Improvement) dollars for properties anywhere from 2,500 sq. feet to 35,000 sq. feet.
